You may continue to submit your withdrawal requests via your user panel at
area.frsglbpanel.com.
Requests will be processed in accordance with bank working hours and
operational schedules.

In cases where responses cannot be provided via WhatsApp, you may send an

Our relevant department will respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
As of Monday, January 5, we will continue to actively provide services to you.
