Market and Platform Status

As January 1 is a public holiday, global markets will be closed.
The suspension of price movements on the MetaTrader 5 platform is not a technical issue, but a result of the global market holiday.

Withdrawal Transactions

You may continue to submit your withdrawal requests via your user panel at area.frsglbpanel.com. Requests will be processed in accordance with bank working hours and operational schedules.

In cases where responses cannot be provided via WhatsApp, you may send an email to [email protected] for urgent matters. Our relevant department will respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
